The Honorary Consulate General of Sweden in San Francisco represents Sweden in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Its mission is to provide assistance to Swedes and to promote Swedish interests in the Bay Area.

Section for Consular Affairs The section for consular affairs handles consular matters such as passports, citizenship questions, name registrations, certifications of documents etc. The consular section also assists Swedish citizens in emergency situations.
Section for Information and Cultural Affairs The section for Information and Cultural Affairs works with information, culture and business related activities with the purpose of promoting the exchange between Sweden and California. The section organizes and promotes cultural events, plans visits for Swedish delegations and provides information about Sweden and Swedish related activities in the Bay Area.
