Andrea Tegstam leads the International Practice at Westwood & Wilshire supporting foreign companies expanding on the US market and in need of top US talent.

She is also an executive recruiter for the Advanced Technology Practice (primarily SaaS and PaaS clients) and assists the Life Science and HealthCare Practices on Finance and HR searches. Andrea has extensive experience working internationally, with both large corporations like Electrolux and smaller research and consulting organizations.

After leaving her native Sweden, Andrea worked in other parts of Europe, Japan, and now America. She holds a business administration degree from Lund University, Sweden.

Andrea possesses a natural curiosity about new technologies, trends, and sustainability and carries that into her practice.
