Janine Elliott is an Associate Director on the UC Davis Venture Catalyst team, which supports university-associated innovators and startups commercializing exciting new technologies in physical science, engineering, agriculture, and computer science.

Over the past 8 years she has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and technology startups through recent roles at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator as their Director of Programming, and as a Program Officer at VentureWell, a nonprofit organization focused on providing grants, training, and access to networks and resources to impact-focused science and technology innovators.

​​​​​​​Prior to that, Janine co-founded a cleantech startup in the SF Bay Area and was an environmental science teacher. She holds an MBA with an emphasis in sustainability and social impact from Dominican University of California and her undergraduate degree from Colby College focused on Environmental Policy.
