Peter is a former food operator turned investor focusing on companies driving a sustainability shift across the food system; the most fundamental system for human civilization.

Since 2007 Peter has worked as an Executive Director and Board Member in food companies such as Innocent Drinks, Danone, ProViva and Nomad Foods. Always with a strong M&A agenda and systematic changes towards a more sustainable food system as part of his accountabilities.

In 2020, Peter co-founded Gullspång Re:food Invest with a 100% focus on backing entrepreneurs driving sustainability across the global food system.
